Our racks don’t use “bicycle thin” steel but rather full dimension 15 gauge steel. Each joint is custom coped to fit perfectly and then welded a full 360 degrees around every intersection. The Rack includes installation hardware. The Rack bolts through the side tube mounts on the Sportsman Front Rack. 43-3/4″ wide, 20″ deep, 6-1/2 tall. 300 pound weight capacity. It will fit the deck (front and back) on your unit but 2005 did not use the plastic deck with Lock and Ride anchors so you would need to bolt the 3014 on to your unit. Not a difficult task if you don’t mind a little tinkering. Will this fit a Polaris 2018 850 sportsman ATV. The Front Rack is designed to fit the Front Deck on 400 and 570. It will fit on your deck but you would need to modify the anchors; use through bolts through the front deck. Will this fit my 2018 polaris sportsman 560.
